* add pretty basic queue manager (currently only displays queue in a not very readable way, just to give a hint at how to implement a better one)

* fix check if remote file exists on single file upload
* work around timed out connection in reinitialize, though theoretically this could hit us in any function...
* use different pattern to match response to LIST, this should allow displaying files/directories with spaces in their name.
* add plugin icon (thanks jackdaniel)

* optipng -o7 - plugin.png
* work around disappearing gui problem :-) 
* allow local rename/delete when not connected, clean transfer information when queue is finished
* add it translation (thanks spaeleus)
