- MerlinWebInterface:
-- remove outdated AV settings
-- add new AV settings
- PiconCleaner: don't crash when no picon is in list
- PiconCleaner: don't show picons as outdated when alternative services are used
- PiconLoader: fix issue when alternative services are used
- PiconMapper: fix crash on empty search string
- allow to toggle betweenn HD and SD during mapping (fix for some cable networks)
