- fix PiconLoader URL
- python-merlin4-covercollection:

- PiconMapper: fix possible crash
- InputDeviceSetup: add missing save. This fixes the issue reported that a rc change is without effect. Important: an e2 restart is required as InfoBar must be reloaded to work correctly
- enigma2: add missing French translation for merlin setting
- enigma2: update German translations
- MovieSelection: remove leftover
