LASTEST CHANGES:

* if an atom feed does not have a summary, try the content element
* make sure there is a content element before trying to access it
* tagstrip should handle all entities now using htmlentitydefs
* also replace </div> by a newline,
cleanup whitespaces later to get rid of some stray ones
