OE2.5 Dream Elite 6.0 For DM 900 Ultra HD-08.02.2018

Changelog of 08.02.2018 
 - update some panels in Elite Setup (fix some infobars, second infobars, and channellist)
 - switching picons to folder /data/picon (not for dm520)
 now picons can placed in folder /data/picon and will be not deleted when new flashing is needed, and also can be available for other images in multi boot with barry allen
 - now /data/picon can be selected for default piconpath (not for dm520)
 - now /data/picon can also be selected in channellist setup (not for dm520)
 - tweak systemd service for dreamciplus for better work with CI+ Manager
 - removed infobar from default second infobar 
 - some more improvements for later use
