DBackup v2.4-r0- 11.03.2019

IMPORTANT: the tar, pigz and xz binary are starting with Version 2.4 a MANDATORY Dependency for the installation and no more just a recommendation.
If your image does NOT have them on his feed, you will have to get them from another feed and install them manually, before beeing able to install dBackup.
