OE2.0 Merlin³ Image For DM7020HD v2 - 01.12.2013

Merlin3:
- simplified PiconLoader: removed virtual PiconSet for PiconMapper (using regular DVB-S PiconSets now). Please delete existing PiconMapperSet!
- reduced offered directories to those matching the size of the Picon when installing a new PiconSet
- simplified PiconMapper config: its only required to activate the PiconMapper. Sets and directory no longer need to be selected
